Meet Debbie!
Debbie is a 3 year old 17 lb possibly miniature pincher plus chihuahua plus many other breeds mix surrendered to our rescuer in Puerto Rico. She is a curious girl who is trying to figure out how families live up here in the States. Things seem to be a bit different, but in a good way. Debbie is good with kids and other dogs, unknown about cats. She takes a minute to warm up to new people but she has only been here 4 days. With time, she will settle in and figure out what is expected of her. Please put in an application to meet her. Debbie's adoption fee is the standard $395.
