Carla is approximately 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, and waiting for her forever home. She is very friendly and social and loves everyone she meets.  Currently, she is about 40 pounds but could stand to lose a few pounds (shh...don't tell her that!). Carla could travel from Puerto Rico to Virginia as early as March 29, if she has a foster or adopter to go to.  Please consider giving Carla a chance at the good life. Adoption fee is $395.
