Sparky is a good little pup! He is such a love. He was fostered in PR by a middle school class of students who have become experts in puppy socialization, leash training, etc. This little guy got the best start Puerto Rico can offer and needs a family ready to continue his training so he can be the best puppy ever! Sparky is 5 months old and 30 lbs.
