Mia was an owner surrender in PR when owner had to move into assisted living and couldn’t take the dog.  Family chose to surrender her to our rescuers.  She is 10 years old and is in good health. She's spayed, up to date with vaccines, and 6 pounds. She would be best in a home without other dogs. She thinks she's tougher than she is. :)
