Belen is a sweet 10 month old puppy who was an owner surrender.  She is spayed and up to date on vaccines.  Belen is your typical curious and playful puppy. She os currenlty in a foster home in Virginia Beach getting a jump start on house training.   Please submit an application to meet her!
