Toby is a handsome guy, approximately 5 years old, who traveled from PR in hopes of finding a loving home.. He is approximately 18 pounds, neutered, and up to date on his vaccines.  His rescuer says he is a total cuddler and loves to be with his person. Please submit an application if you're interested in adopting Toby. His foster says “ His personality has arrived! Toby is the king of zoomies, doesn't understand the concept of personal space, is a HUGE fan of armpit scratches, and will make little chuffing noises if he wants your attention. He has mastered the stairs, but we're still working on the idea of walking on linoleum flooring. Carpet and wood are fine though. He's such a happy boy.
