Meet the Candy Litter -- Lolly, Skittles and Snickers.  These scruffy pups will be arriving in Virginia mid-September and are looking for their forever homes. They are approximately 4 months old and 8 pounds.  They have all age-appropriate vaccines and should remain relatively small.
